Ethan Pereira, 2022 High School Graduate.
This busy young man brings with him an impressive resume, and I will only highlight some of his accomplishments. High School was busy. National Honor Society and Student Council at Harlingen High School. Played basketball and received the 2022 Texas Coaching Association “All State Academic” standing, he was active in track as well, all though his number one love is basketball, which he’d like to play professionally.
He volunteered at the Harlingen Animal Shelter, taught basic basketball to kids in the Girls and Boys club, along with other volunteer activities. He plays the piano, writes music, sings, exercises as part of his rounded life.
Here at FCC, he can be found running the AV equipment during second service as well as participating in other ways, such as playing musical instruments. In case you missed it, he is also the grandson of proud grandparents Joel and Leti Pereira.
Ethan will attend Texas Tech in Lubbock or UTRGV where he plans to major in Kinesiology and become a sports trainer.
We are proud to have him as a member of FCC and are pleased to offer this $1000 scholarship to him.
